The BioSync Industries farm and ranch is located in the heart of Oregon's beautiful Umpqua Valley wine country.

The EXPERIENCE
Most people are disconnected from the systems that sustain them—food, water, energy. That distance erodes the deep understanding needed to expand the footprint of biodynamic and regenerative systems across society.
The challenge: creating genuine engagement with natural systems without defaulting to superficial "agritourism" that extracts value without building understanding or lasting connection.
Our solution: strategically designed immersive stays and curated events that place guests inside functioning regenerative systems. Visitors don't observe the farm—they experience it as participants. This will evolve into nature-based therapeutic retreats that generate community and social value.
The result is a third revenue stream that compounds: hospitality income, brand equity, and a network effect that fills a vital community and societal need.
The Technology
Our closed-loop system integrates four symbiotic processes where each system's output feeds another, eliminating waste and external inputs.
The challenge: biodynamic systems are labor-intensive. Complex processes require constant monitoring and management, creating bottlenecks in scaling and profitability.
Our solution: a proprietary IoT automation platform that delivers 8x labor efficiency. What previously required full-time oversight now operates with minimal intervention, making regenerative agriculture economically viable at scale.
